Your Payoneer online account is the place to keep track of your payments and transactions. To always stay up-to-date, watch the video below or read on to learn how to access this information quickly and easily.

To view your payment history

1. Log in to Payoneer.

2. From the menu, go to Activity >> Payment History.

3. The payments list on this page displays all the payments made to your account. The list is updated every 6 hours and includes the following information:

• Payment Reference Number
• Payment Date
• Payment Description
• Amount
• Payment Status

• To view payments in a specific date range, select the relevant dates in the From and To fields and then click Go.
• To view the details of a specific payment, click the relevant payment row. A pop-up window with all the payment details will be displayed.

4. Once finished, securely exit the page by clicking Sign Out on the menu bar.

To view your transaction history

1. Log in to Payoneer.

2. From the menu, go to Activity >> View Transactions.

3. The transactions list on this page displays all the transactions in your account – both funds that have been withdrawn and funds that have been received. The list is updated every 6 hours and includes the following information:

• Transaction Date
• Transaction Description
• Amount (credit or debit)

• To view transactions in a specific date range, select the relevant dates in the From and To fields and then click Go.
• To view the details of a specific transaction, click the relevant transaction row. A pop-up window with all transaction details will be displayed.

4. Once finished, securely exit the page by clicking Sign Out on the menu bar.
